Project overview
A single-storey home laid out along its long axis on a 7,290m² block at Cattai, set well back from the road behind a columned verandah, with the garaging pushed to one end so the house reads as one low roofline.
Behind it the ground opens to a pool and pool house, with the fall of the land held by sandstone retaining and the whole rear garden landscaped rather than left as lawn. At 412m² internally, the block does as much work as the building does.
