A new home at Bella Vista, currently under development. Full-height joinery through the butler’s pantry and robes, stone to the wet areas, and oak floors run through the living level.
Photographed before a stick of furniture went in — the only time you see the joinery, the panelling and the stone doing the work on their own.

Kitchen, living and terrace on a single axis, so the ground floor reads as one room with the glazing at the end of it.
