Project overview
Two homes on one block at Ryde, detailed so that neither reads as half of something else. Face brick to the street, with the party wall handled so the pair sits as two houses rather than one building split down the middle.
Five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool on 385m² is the whole point of the exercise: the plan runs kitchen to dining to living in one line and opens to a covered alfresco, lawn and pool, so the small footprint never reads as a compromise.

A duplex where neither dwelling is the compromise — both open to a level yard, both get the light.
