Annangrove House
Annangrove · two hectares

An extra stage added to a Birch build or renovation — pools, terracing, driveways and planting, by the same team, on the same contract and while the site is still open.
The service
On most builds the house is one contract and the garden is another, signed months later with a different company. That is where the arguments start: a pool that has to meet the house at a particular level, a retaining wall that has to be there before the slab, a driveway that has to survive a concrete truck.

Why sequence matters
Retaining walls, pool shells, service runs and levels all want to happen while there is still machine access to the back of the block. Once the house is up and the fences are on, the same work needs smaller equipment, more hands and more time — and sometimes it cannot be done at all without lifting something over the roof.
That is the practical argument for one contract rather than two. It is not about convenience. It is that the best time to build the outside is while the site is still a site, and only the builder holding the program can schedule it there.
The visible half — turf, beds, planting — goes in last, once the heavy traffic has finished, so it is not driven over twice.
Built and finished
Annangrove is two hectares with a pool, cabana and terraced lawn. Aristida has a pool and pool house on acreage at Cattai. The Ryde duplex fits a pool and alfresco onto a 385 m² site.
Where
Acreage terracing in the Hills and the Hawkesbury, and pools fitted onto suburban lots through Ryde and the inner west.
Annangrove, Bella Vista, North Kellyville and the acreage belt north-west of Sydney.

No. Pools and landscaping are only taken on as part of a Birch build or renovation — they are an extra stage of the same job, not a separate service. That is where all the value in doing them together comes from.
The parts that need machine access — shell, retaining, service runs, levels — happen early, while the site is still open. Coping, fencing, paving and planting come at the end, after the heavy traffic has finished.
Yes, if you want it to be. That is the point of it: one lump sum, one program, and one person accountable for how the house and the ground around it meet.
Yes — driveways, paths, paving, fencing and gates, along with turf and planting. It is the last five per cent that decides whether a finished house looks finished.
